The main house features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with flexible sleeping for up to 10: three king beds and a queen/queen bunk bed. The River Casita adds full bunk beds with a private bathroom and mini-fridge, while the Road Casita provides two spacious bunk setups (king/queen and queen/queen) along with a trundle bed sleeping an additional two people. Enjoy the private pool and hot tub, plus direct views of the spring-fed San Marcos River. Our private dock is nearing completion for direct river entry. In the meantime, river swimming and activities are easily accessible via public access just 3 minutes away. The estate also features a private functional fitness gym, playground, trampoline, and fire pit — everything needed for memorable group stays.
